What eye makeup should be used to make sensitive eyes appear less squnity?

I have had many surgeries, so my eyes look tired and squinty. Not only that, but the are extremely sensitive and become red and watery when I try to apply makeup. I would like to know what kind of makeup I should use and how to apply it.

Go to a reputable company that has products for sensitive eyes. You want something with "light reflectors" in it. this will help reflect light and make the area look lighter. Most of the corner drug store brands should be avoided. Check for the dermatological seal of approval as well
I would suggest lighter and neutral shades versus darker more dramatic ones so that the eyes will not be a focal point.

How much makeup should a teenage girl start out with?

I'm 15, turning 16 this year, don't know how to use makeup, and I'm thinking about using makeup, but I don't want to look made up too much. I still want to look like myself. What's something that is easy to do daily? Are there any tips (cheap stuff with great quality, homemade stuff, etc.)?
I'm looking for more of a natural, clean look; nothing dark or sexy.

Mascara is barely noticeable as in you won't look "too" made up, but it makes a big difference in making your eyes look more open and bright. This is even more true if you have brown or blond hair. The thing to remember is to get a mascara that doesn't flake or run off. A cheap but reliable type is Rimmels waterproof mascara. I use a eyelash curler before and after (even though supposedly you're just supposed to do it before).

Light colored/shimmery eyeshadow is pretty, simple and doesn't look too cakey/made up. Just make sure you find a type that doesn't crease.

Another cheap trick is vasoline for gloss, but I like to use cherry or the punch flavored kool aide to add some color. I get a few packets, dump the powder in a small container (like a pill container or contact lense case) – BE CAREFUL, this powder can stain grout (on tile). I dip in a cotton swab and dab it onto semi moist lips and cover with the vasoline. The color looks nice but natural and lasts a long time. This does take some practice though.

And I'd avoid most foundation, it's hard not to look overly made up. (honestly, my skin tone was even and smooth, basically was fine until I was like 25, and that's when I had to start using foundation).

If you do want to use foundation though, (other than the bare minerals type foundation which DOES look natural), try mixing it with an oil free SPF lotion and use it like a daily sunscreen. But only get the non pore clogging type.

This will help keep your skin wrinkle free (not that you care about it now, but I'm 30 and wish I wore sunscreen at your age.

It's always fine (and simple) to use a translucent powder. It keeps your shine down.

in conclusion – mascara, (shimmery light eyeshadow if you want) vasoline / lip gloss (mixed with color if you want, lipstick or other sources), and translucent powder. Or mix sunscreen with liquid foundation then top with translucent powder (but I'd try to avoid that). Maybe just the sunscreen then powder.

What is a good makeup remover for eye makeup and for young skin?

okay so im looking 4 somethin that removes eye makeup but can be used for removing foundation too, but like mainly for removing eye makeup. also, can u tell me where to get it from? like i dont want anything that has to be purchased over the internet or anything, and in australia.

Johnsons facial wipes removes both eyemake up and foundation, and can be used for basic facial cleaning.
It is good for young skin because it is low in chemicals and isn't fragrance enhanced like many other facial wipes.
You can normally get them for less than $5 from chemists, supermakets or places like kmart in the make up section.
