Are there any good natural skin care products that really work?
I would like to find a moisturizing lotion for my face that is natural and good for my skin. I have normal to slightly dry skin. It can be somewhat sensitive to some products, but is not prone to blemishes, just sometimes a little redness or rash that goes away. Ironically, the products that will cause this are often the ones that claim to make skin younger looking.
Have you tried alcohol-free Aloe Vera? My husband and I both like it. He works outdoors and his face gets dry and chapped. The aloe has no scent and adds just the right amount of moisture and isn’t greasy. Vitamin E is sold in small bottles at local drug stores. Use that for extra moisture. Olive Oil is also good for dry skin. I use a simple oatmeal mask 2-3 times a week on my face. Mix warm water or milk with small amount of quick cooking plain oatmeal. It should be a soft paste. Apply to your face and let it dry for about 10 minutes. If it gets too dry add olive oil to the mix before applying. Moisturize with Aloe. My face feels so soft and clean after I use it. Hope some of these ideas help you.

Whats everyones favorite natural skin care brand for your baby?
Natural for soap, baby butt talc, lotion for the skin? Things of those nature. Any one (or two) Natural product brands you find you can’t live without?
I use Le Petite Chevre (little goat’s milk) baby wash, baby shampoo, butt cream, baby lotion, etc. It is all natural and makes little ones smell so good.
Although my kids are older now I have heard that Arbonne’s Baby Care products are great. I have had a lot of friends that have used their baby products and really liked them. I looked at the ingredients and they seem to be natural. Even grownups with sensitive skin can use these. Here’s a link if you want to check out the Arbonne Baby Care for yourself.

What colour skirts can you wear with dark mint green tops?
I have no style whatsoever, but I have several mint green tops and I am at a loss as to what I should wear with them! I don't want to wear black or brown, so what other colours go with mint green?
Also, what colours go with purple tops?
For mint green: Cream or off-white.
For purple: Black, white, cream, it sort of depends on the specific shade of purple.

Going green is not a trend, Its a life Style.!?
Why are they trying to make this a trend?
I see many people going “green” and they dont help the environment at all!!
Stop watching TV, and sit outside to see how you can help.
Take ACTIONS!
If you plant trees, you create life~
It can be both. For many of us it has been a lifestyle for many years. For others it is just the latest trend. For some it is a marketing technique. For some it is a passion. Going Green means many things to many people, there is a lot of information out there and not all of it is accurate. I don’t think there is any one answere to why or how someone should make a choice that is better for the environment, every choice matters.
I think even if you a buying an organic tshirt because it is the trending thing to do it is good. Hopefully that person begins to be aware of how their purchases affect the planet. I also think we need to find new ways of reaching those that aren’t already aware of what they can do. I think that TV can be that venue for some people. Not everyone who cares about the environment has to give up modern conveniences, and showing people that they can still live in a typical home and just use less energy and create less waste without giving up comfort will be more likely to create change than telling people thay have to give up their lifestyle. All those changes matter.
We are sheep and we are easily lead astray by media, that is why I vote with my wallet. There is so much green washing going on it is laughable. Many people want to do the right thing, they just have a hard time knowing what it is. I don’t think beating them up because they don’t make all the same choices you do does any good. I describe my self as striving for a more sustainable life. I’m not giving up my car, but it is a hybrid, I’m not giving up my suburban home, but I have made many changes to make it more energy efficient, and I will continue to think of my impact with every change I make, I do buy tha majority of my food from local and organic farms, but I will drive through McDonalds on occasion. Yes, my husband has Starbucks almost every morning, but I have switched him to a reusable cup, we are making changes, and yes we make the easy ones first, someday I may get him out of the coffee shops, but for now, I’m good with where we are. We aren’t perfect, but we are improving.
When I hear people say going green is too expensive, I have to laugh and remind them the 1st word in the mantra is reduce, by definition that will save you money.
