    Thank you for these …
Thank you for these very helpful information. You did an excellent job is the presentation and clarity of information. You obviously are proof of walking your talk, it’s amazing how many people try to inform others about health and wellness, and they don’t look very healthy or well. Anyways, Michael, excellent job and info that will change lives.

Will a reverse osmosis filter do the job? And I’m not sure what you mean by hard and soft plastic.

  6. kahunka Says:

    I distill my water …
I distill my water and never drink tap water. My understanding is that the hard plastic bottles are the ones that create a potential health risk not the soft plastic ones. Regardless, I try to minimize bottled water consumption but I do drink it occasionally.

In my opinion distilling is the only way to get all the crap out of water including jet fuel residue, pharmaceuticals, fluoride and the such.

The myth that distilled water leaches minerals is BS, I’ve been drinking it a long time.

    Your videos are …
Your videos are very helpful, staight to the point, no bullshit. My only complaint is that there are so few. I hope you cover a lot more topics in the future, such as recipe ideas and hair and skin care. Also I have one question you might be able to answer. If I do not have a water filter to filter out fluoride, is bottled water better than plain tap water? Or are the chemicals leaked from plastic bottles just as bad?

  8. catgumart Says:

    most people in most …
most people in most circumstances breath very shallowly with tense unrelaxed diaphramic muscles, this makes people’s blood less oxygenated and exerts a stress on the body that people it can cause emotional distress, It can diminish awareness. Ive noticed in many situations and places that it is taboo to breath in a health manner. if your breath is heard it is seen as a negative communication.
    Breath deep all the time.

BTW I’ve been watching your vids, and page for quite some time now. Really cool stuff! A lot of things that I didn’t know that make a lot of sense when you think about them. Anyway, cheers! :)

If you look at competitive cyclists you’ll see they have muscular lower bodies and fit but mostly normal upper bodies. I would imagine carrying around an extra 10-15 pounds of upper body weight would slow you down in the long run.

    Excellent …
Excellent information. I’ve been breathing correctly for 30 years, but didn’t know this information. One thing you didn’t do is show how to breathe from the diaphram. You’re correct in that a baby breathes properly. Somewhere in life, we’re told to expan the chest, and that sends us down the path to incorrect breathiing. Diaphram breathing means the belly should expand to take a breath, not the chest. I learned it in colleg for voice and practiced in the lunch line and elsewhere.
