You’re not supposed to work any muscle everyday, muscles grow when they’re not being used. You can however overwork your muscles and injure yourself.

This is silly. It may work, but it’s probably not the most effective way to train your abs. High reps are not as useful for building strength as using lower reps with weights or isometric holds. And there is a whole body of literature supporting that.
More effective would probably 10 crunches with max contraction for 5 secs, plank hold for time, lying hip swings with a medicine ball. Do them in a circuit x3 or 4 times. That will be more effective in bringing the necessary pain.

In order to get a …
In order to get a full ab workout you have to workout your upper abs, obliques, and lower abs.
*UPPER ABS* – 2 sets of 60 crunches
*OBLIQUES* – 2 sets of 50 side plank obliques
*LOWER ABS* – 2 sets of 60 reverse crunches
Do all these excercises in one session every other day.(25 to 30 minute sessions)
Eat a healthy diet with as little saturated fat as possible.
If the excercises are too easy (which they will be eventually) do not increase reps, instead at an additional set per workout.

no offence but this is because they are weak…make sure u stretch ur abs first and use correct form… they are shaking because they are weak but will get stronger.
